1- Account Eligibility

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless us, their affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages, penalties, fines, punitive damages, amounts in interest, expenses and disbursements of any kind and nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys fees) brought by a third party under any theory of legal liability arising out of or related to the actual or alleged use of Customer's services in violation of applicable law or the AUP by Customer or any person using Customer's log on information, regardless of whether such person has been authorized to use the services by Customer.
You may communicate with our staff in polite manner. If you are rude with us, We reserved the rights to refuse you to provide our services anymore.
4- Refund
Payments to tyrica.com are non-refundable unless otherwise asked. Any refund claim will not valid due to suspension of services due to any terms of service or acceptable use policy violations.
5. Purchases
a- Customer must have an active email address and telephone number which may use for making a contact as necessary. Under certain circumsta.nces, the customer agrees to present government issued photo ID for verification purpose.
b- Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery addresses. Delivery will take place at the delivery address specified by customer during the ordering process.
c- We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
d- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
e- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

6- Delivery
a- We put our utmost efforts to have your order delivered on the estimated delivery date, However, delivery dates provided by us are only our best estimates and the actual delivery of your order may takes llonger than expected. Any delays made by the delivery service is beyond our control and our liability.
b- In case a parcel is returned undelivered or refused at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge the full shipping charges for both back and forth sending of parcels and any other applicable fee and transaction charges. In such cases, perishable items are excluded from any claims for refund.
7. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renewed under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting support team.
9. Objectionable Content
If you believe that any content on the tyrica.com is illegal, offensive or objectionable in any manners, please notify us immediately through email at abuse@tyrica.com We will investigate and remove valid objectionable content within a reasonable amount of time.
Please ensure that you have provided all relevent details including proof of objectionable contents. Providing incomplete details will render your claim invalid and unusable for legal purposes.
10. Intellectual Property & Infringing Content
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have violated, Email us at abuse@tyrica.com. Please ensure to provide your name, address, contact information and as many relevant details of the claim including name of infringing party, instances of infringement, proof of infringement amongst other. Providing incomplete details will render your claim invalid and unusable for legal purposes. In addition, providing false or misleading information may be considered a legal offense and may be followed by legal proceedings.

If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be deactivated on request. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
